Delivery of Products:
For purchased digital products, a download link will be provided to you immediately upon successful completing your purchase. Please utilize your download link with 3 days of receiving it, after which time it will expire.
Delivery of Services:
For purchased services, we will contact you shortly after your purchase is complete (typically within 24 hours) to start the implementation of the service. Services will be implemented as soon as possible and agreed upon by both the seller and the purchaser.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns and refunds are limited to our warranty policy.
Warranty:
We warrant all products and services are as described or shown by example. In the event the products or services you purchase are not as described or shown, provide a written request for refund within 7 days of your purchase. Upon receiving your written request we will investigate the claim. If we determined the description of the products or services purchased do not accurately reflect the actual product or service purchased we will issue a 100% refund.
